Terms & Acceptable Use
Clear rules for responsible content delivery. These terms apply to free and paid CDN services ordered through this website.
Version 2026-10-2201Service scope & agreement
The service provides storage, SFTP access, content delivery endpoints and supported image transformations, subject to the selected plan and technical documentation. It is not a general-purpose application host, a backup service or a guarantee that a website is lawful or secure.
The price, billing period, storage and transfer allowance displayed for your selected plan form part of your order. Features marked "coming soon" are not currently included as available functionality. No specific availability percentage or response-time SLA is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and accept these terms before confirming an order. The accepted version and time are recorded with the order. Future material changes do not retroactively alter the version accepted for an existing order.
02Account security & customer responsibilities
Keep passwords, SFTP credentials and service tokens confidential. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and for promptly reporting suspected compromise. Do not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or account restrictions.
Maintain independent backups and verify transformations, public delivery URLs and caching settings before production use. A publicly reachable delivery URL is not confidential storage. Image protection and watermarking do not guarantee prevention of copying.
03Content ownership & prohibited material
You retain your rights to your content. You grant only the permissions needed to store, reproduce, transform, cache and deliver it for operation of the service. You must hold the necessary copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other permissions, including permissions for any watermark or logo.
Do not upload, distribute or link through the service to unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, material facilitating exploitation or human trafficking, unlawful threats or incitement, pirated files, stolen personal data, malware, phishing pages or fraudulent content.
These restrictions also apply to the websites and applications using the service. We may refuse or suspend delivery for an unlawful site or app even when an individual uploaded file appears harmless. Mere disagreement with lawful expression is not, by itself, a violation.
04Forms, API & resource abuse
Intentional spam, fabricated requests, fraudulent reports, repeated malicious form submissions, credential attacks, bypassing rate limits, unauthorized scanning and attacks on infrastructure are prohibited. Do not automate free-account creation or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
An ordinary typo, failed validation or good-faith support request is not spam. Deliberate or repeated abusive behavior may result in restriction or permanent blocking of the account and reasonably linked accounts, subject to applicable law and review.
Do not use the service to relay attacks, overload transformation workers, hide malware or exceed contracted resource limits through evasion. Technical throttling and protective limits may be applied to keep the platform secure.
05Free plans & 30-day renewal
A free plan has a 30-day service period. Automatic renewal is enabled without a service fee while the free offering remains available and the account remains eligible. This is not a promise of permanent free hosting.
We may discontinue the free offering, change eligibility or limits for future periods, or decline further renewal. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify affected users and allow export before a non-abuse closure. Immediate restriction may still be necessary for security, unlawful content or a legal requirement.
A free plan will not be converted into a paid plan or charged to your wallet merely because the free offering ends. Obtain your own backup before expiry or termination; free storage and delivery are not guaranteed after the service ends.
06Payments, upgrades & renewal
Paid orders and upgrades use the price and any credit shown at confirmation. Wallet funds must be sufficient before a paid order can proceed. Review the plan, amount and period before confirming. A wallet deposit is not itself activation of a CDN service. Wallet top-ups are paid by card in euros through our payment partner, whose terms apply to the card payment itself.
Where automatic paid renewal is enabled, renewal is subject to the applicable price, available funds and continued availability. A failed payment or expired period may interrupt delivery. Disable paid automatic renewal in the service settings if you do not want it; free renewal is governed by the separate free-plan section.
New prices or materially changed conditions must be disclosed before a new paid commitment where required by law. No payment authorization is created merely by reading this page.
07Cancellation, withdrawal & refunds
Except where required by law or separately promised, used service periods and voluntary early cancellation are not automatically refundable. Where service is terminated for a proven material violation attributable to you, discretionary refunds for that affected service may be refused to the extent permitted by law.
There is no blanket exclusion of all refunds. Mandatory rights for non-performance, defective services, unauthorized charges, statutory withdrawal and other applicable consumer remedies remain unaffected. Eligible claims are assessed individually; blocking an account does not extinguish a lawful refund claim.
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, including a 14-day period in applicable jurisdictions. Accepting these terms is not a separate request to start performance early, nor consent to waive withdrawal rights. Any early-performance request or legally valid loss of withdrawal rights requires the separate disclosures and consent required by law.
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to cancel and how refunds are handled. Request cancellation, a refund or information about withdrawal through the contact page or customer support. Include your order identifier and reason, but never send your password. Refunds lawfully due will be handled within the applicable statutory period.
08Immediate suspension & termination
We may restrict a file, service or account without prior warning where reasonably necessary to address serious unlawful activity, malware, fraud, security threats, material abuse or a binding legal requirement. The scope of the restriction should be proportionate to the risk; associated accounts may be blocked where there is evidence of coordinated abuse or evasion.
For non-urgent issues, we may request correction before termination. Where legally and operationally possible, we will give a reason and information about review. We may withhold details where disclosure is prohibited or would compromise an investigation or security.
Termination can remove remote files, credentials and delivery access. A local record marked "Terminated" may remain for account history, accounting, disputes and lawful recordkeeping; it does not mean remote files remain recoverable. Retention remains subject to applicable data-protection law.
09Caching, usage & service limitations
Browser and shared-cache behavior depends on the cache headers you configure and on downstream software. Cached copies can remain available outside our systems after a file changes or is removed. Use versioned URLs and appropriate cache settings; do not cache sensitive content publicly.
Displayed transfer usage is derived from the server-reported bandwidth byte counter. This counter is cumulative since accounting was enabled and is not, by itself, a monthly billing-cycle meter or disk-usage measurement. Storage and transfer allowances are separate; technical limits and accounting availability may affect delivery.
Maintenance, network faults, third-party outages or protective measures can interrupt the service. We take reasonable operational care but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, exact transformation results for every file, or restoration of deleted data.
10Privacy & confidentiality
Do not upload personal or sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and the service is suitable for your intended processing. Public delivery and shared caching require particular care. These terms are not a data-processing agreement and do not independently establish compliance with privacy law.
Account, security, usage and acceptance records may be processed for operation, abuse prevention, accounting and dispute handling under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process, lawful bases, recipients, retention and your rights. A required data-processing agreement must be arranged before relevant processing begins.
11Responsibility & mandatory rights
You are responsible for your content, permissions and configuration. We are responsible for our own obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Any claim for losses caused by a breach must be supported by evidence and assessed under applicable law; this page does not impose an unlimited customer indemnity.
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury and mandatory consumer rights. There is no universal monetary liability cap under these terms.
No foreign court or governing law is selected by this page. Applicable conflict-of-laws rules and mandatory consumer jurisdiction protections apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
12Reports, appeals & policy changes
Report suspected abuse or challenge a restriction through the public contact form or customer support. Provide the affected URL, account or order reference, the relevant facts and your legal basis or evidence. Do not include illegal material itself, secrets or unnecessary personal data.
Good-faith reports and appeals are reviewed on their facts. A report alone is not proof of a violation. This process does not limit access to competent authorities, courts or statutory dispute mechanisms.
Material policy changes will be identified with a new version and communicated where required. Renewals and new purchases may require acceptance of updated terms. Provider identity, legal address, mandatory disclosures and any legally required withdrawal instructions must be supplied separately before contracting.
